I am also confused that our ministers are so confused that there was already a cabinet decision yet one minister is still confusing everyone that job is still under nego which later made the PM in a daze and confused too while reporter questioned resulting them to be caught a confusing situation.

ECRL needs to be justified and feasible just like the Penang Undersea Tunnel, given that it cuts across PAS and UMNO states. The issues of of benefits, utilisation to demographics, upkeep and return on investment need to be justified at the Federal level.
