Families have been unable to contact more than 50 Malaysian travellers in Nepal following yesterday's devastating floods, in which hundreds of foreigners and Nepalese remain unaccounted for.

"We are still gathering information on the Malaysians who are unreachable. Family members have been unable to establish contact with more than 50 Malaysians," the charge d’affaires of the Malaysian Embassy in Kathmandu, Firdaus Azman, told Bernama late yesterday.
