This chap will have a Great fall. Anwar did this when he was UMNO YOUTH head. He had a Great fall. Anyway , please la , " authorities" - there is such a thing Perenthah Am -- Government Orders -- for Civil Servants. A Civil servant CANNOT recieve anything of a value of RM 10 /- or more. AND SINCE WHEN DO WE HAVE A LAW THAT SAYS "IF A BOSS OKAYS AND IS PRESENT " -- THE COLLECTING of "DUIT" is legal ? Civil servants MUST return any GIFT worth MORE THAN RM 10 /- to the Treasury ! ! !
