Penang Harapan-BN to include unfulfilled promises in joint manifesto

STATE POLLS | In the lead-up to the Penang election, caretaker chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow has promised that the Pakatan Harapan-BN alliance will resolve unfulfilled promises from previous manifestos.

Chow (above) said these pledges will be presented in a joint manifesto during an upcoming introduction event for all of its 40 candidates on Aug 1 at the Butterworth Arena...
