Let the court decide. There is a world of difference between announcing a policy and implementing and paying for it. PMX has the defence of truth, qualified privilege and fair comment on his side. Anwar did not deny that Muhyiddin announced the waiver of the FELDA settlors' debts but Muhyiddin failed on following through with it by the government assuming the FELDA debts that were written off to save the settlors. Without the government taking over the debts, FELDA would have been bankrupted.
