Fisherfolk to petition king over Penang reclamation project

Penang State Fishermen Association (PenMutiara) chairperson Ibrahim Che Ros said they would hand over a memorandum objecting to the project to Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah to urge him to understand their plight.
