Drug TRAFFICKERS criminal record be abolished? Drug addict ok. But traffickers? These scums have destroyed THOUSANDS of INNOCENT lives for MONEY. There should be NO mercy unless it can be SHOWN conclusively that they have repented. Forgiveness is a spiritual virtue.
