Kota Bharu Municipal Council suspends wheel-clamping laws

The Kota Bharu Municipal Council (MPKB-BRI) has put off enforcing wheel clamping on cars parked in parking spaces, following the Court of Appeal’s ruling yesterday that it was invalid.
