Only PM with majority can call for election, not 38 Umno MPs - Anwar

Opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim today reminded Umno that the prerogative to call for a general election remains in the hands of the prime minister, not its individual MPs.

"How many seats does Umno has? 38? In our system 38 MPs cannot force an election," he told reporters in Subang Jaya today...
