Is Guan Eng fanning racism while I'm doing my job, asks Idris
Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Religious Affairs) Idris Ahmad has hit back at DAP chairperson Lim Guan Eng over the latter's criticism that the former was threatening national unity, and also victim blaming in a sexual assault case.
The PAS leader asked if Lim was trying to fan racism while he was doing his job.
While I think LGE should just shut up when it comes to criticizing any Malays or Malay issues and allow other non Malays to speak out, but no, he has to jump on the wagon. Enough had been said already by others. But LGE, still wanting to go for the next GE when he should just step down has to open his mouth and give ammunition to racist like Idris to shoot at the community. Idris is indeed a person devoid of any concrete ideas on how to solve the problems facing the country but its certainly not for LGE to criticize him. Idris is like a snake trapped in a corner
