Court orders Bukit Cerakah portion to stay gazetted for now

Part of the Bukit Cerakah Forest Reserve will remain gazetted pending a hearing of a legal challenge against its degazettement.

The Shah Alam High Court today allowed the application by two environmental groups to temporarily stay the Selangor state government’s plan to proceed with the degazettement.

PH will try their level best to conserve the forest. What can they do when the royal members are meddling with the Virgin jungle. They will charge you Derhaka. Likewise BN, they are equally active to rape the land.
