Court of Appeal judge Mohamad Zabidin Mohd Diah, who was elevated to the Federal Court, took his oath of office and allegiance before Chief Justice Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat in a ceremony held at the Conference Hall, Palace of Justice yesterday.
Meanwhile, High Court judge Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali (above) was promoted to the Court of Appeal.
