MMC Gamuda accuses Pua of libel, says claims of lobbying Dr M 'fictitious'

MMC Gamuda has accused Damansara MP Tony Pua of libel over the second part of his rebuttal against Dr Mahathir Mohamad's accusations.

In their own rebuttal, the joint venture described Pua's claim that they had lobbied the then-prime minister extensively in 2018 - amid Putrajaya's efforts to cut down costs on the MRT2 project - was fictitious.
