Cops seize official car from Malacca's Hulk

Police have seized an official state government car from former Malacca state executive council member Norhizam Hassan Baktee.
Norhizam (above) - who previously gave himself the nickname "Hulk" - was one of three former state exco members who quit the Malacca government in an unsuccessful coup attempt.
