Is this not sheer exploitation, asks Patriot on contract doctors

When you have stupid, incompetent, hopeless and extremist leaders lead at the top, the damage is 10000x. That's why, those leaders who are useless must remained at the bottom. They must not be even be made significant. That way, society will be better and progress. This is a clear leadership lesson here.
