Petition to PM: Stop arresting undocumented migrants, focus on Covid-19

      Geraldine TongPublished: Jun 8, 2021 5:27 AM | Updated: Jun 8, 2021 5:38 AM

A group of more than 80 organisations, civil societies, associations as well as 71 individuals today sent Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin a petition urging him to stop the mass arrests of undocumented migrants.

“We, from the various organisations that have signed this petition, view the current approach of arresting and detaining undocumented migrants at this time as further complicating efforts to fight the pandemic among Malaysians,” the petition said, as read out by People’s Health Forum representative Lim Chee Han at a virtual press conference after the petition was submitted.

So illegal immigrants encouraged to stay? And more to come illegally? So nothing should be done? Maybe they should just stay near your condo or taman. And go to government schools etc and we rakyat foot the bill.... As if we don't have enough Malaysians who needs help. Herd immunity? What jab 1 million, next month another 1 million illegals free jab? And another million next free jabs? And another? Just be humane and deport them properly. Bosses are exploiting them and locals lose jobs. Australia has many locals doing all the DDD jobs.. And paid accordingly. If dont deport them.. Might as well don't have border security, even terrorists, human smugglers all encouraged as end result all can stay.
