Police cartel: Public confidence will deteriorate without RCI, Guan Eng warns

An internal probe is insufficient to address allegations that there is a cartel of corrupt officers in the police force, said DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng.

Lim (above) said only a Royal Commission of Inquiry could clean up the police force and salvage its reputation...
