While monitoring the number of Penang daily cases, noted one third of Covid victims were infected due to close contacts. Looks like the victims have no idea where they got the virus from. On this same note, had all those infected(averaging 100 cases a day in Penang) been consistently practising SOP the possibility of getting infected will be minimal, sad to say many are not. If the Rakyat can strictly abide to the SOP, by opening up Inter State travel will assist domestic tourism to survive. After all, The New Norm of Wearing Mask & Social Distancing will be here to stay. Need to instil the importance of SOP... by educating the public (?) Or more enforcement required (?)

More likely 2 to 3 wks. No spikes in Singapore either even though the Chinese population is around 70%. I was watching a report on the covid19 stats of Malaysia: 24% Other nationalities (migrants) (4:1 ratio)(that means 4 times more likely to catch covid as they live in crowded dormitories) 58% Malays (1:1)(due to high population demographic) 9% Other ethnics (E Msia) (0.9:1) 2% Indians (0.5:1) 7% Chinese (0.3:1)
