1MDB scandal: Ambank to pay RM2.83b settlement to govt

Banking group AMMB Holdings Berhad has agreed to pay RM2.83 billion to settle all outstanding claims and actions in relation to AmBank Group's involvement in 1MDB.
This was announced by the Finance Ministry in a statement this evening.

money is not the king here. the bank should be severely punished to show others not to repeat it. Bank Negera should be accountable.can this be challenge in the court
