Dr M's stalwart files suit targeting PM's advice to king over emergency declaration

Khairuddin Abu Hassan, a stalwart of former premier Dr Mahathir Mohamad, has gone to court to challenge the advice given by Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin to the Yang di-Pertuan Agong on the recent emergency declaration.

He filed the legal challenge through law firm Messrs Law Practice Rafique at the Kuala Lumpur High Court today...
