Talian Kasih hotline receives over 70k welfare aid queries this year

PARLIAMENT | The Women, Family and Community Development Ministry's Talian Kasih 24-hour hotline has recorded 70,177 inquiries on welfare assistance this year, forming the bulk of 159,703 complaints received via calls and WhatsApp messages.

Other complaints include 4,119 counselling inquiries and 2,287 allegations of domestic abuse, according to its deputy minister Siti Zailah Mohd Yusoff...
