Finance Minister Tengku Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz ended his presentation of Budget 2021 in the Dewan Rakyat today with an appeal for unity amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

"We can quarrel and have differing views on side matters, but let us cooperate on the fundamental issues.
