Maria: EC should try postal, early voting throughout by-election campaign

The Election Commission (EC) must expand early voting and postal voting systems if it is to implement new election-related standard operating procedures (SOPs) that takes into account the recommendations submitted by the Health Ministry, said Petaling Jaya MP Maria Chin Abdullah.
