Tengku Zafrul: Deferred loan repayments at RM55.2 billion as at July 13

Deferred loan/financing repayments under the moratorium, which took effect on April 1 as part of the Prihatin Rakyat Economic Stimulus Package (Prihatin), are estimated to have reached RM55.2 billion as at July 13.

How do you wxplain the rise in MALAYSIAN BANK's "INDIVIDUAL SVGS ACC" and the "FD ccs" for the latest quarter...some spent but many saved it away!
