An Umno divisional leader told the High Court here today that former federal territories minister Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor handed him over RM1 million cash for volunteer activities to assist the BN campaigning machinery during the Sungai Besar and Kuala Kangsar by-elections in 2016.
