MOH: Kedah, Perlis and Penang can be green states if no new cases in 14 days

CORONAVIRUS | Kedah, Perlis and Penang can be the first states in the country to be declared as Covid-19 green states, according to Health Ministry director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

However, there is a catch to it.
