Think of the millions of shop owners who have to pay either rents or pay their monthly instalments to the banks, if they do not open for buisnesses. Can the govt. compensate any of this? To those who are not involved in the economic situation, they will not understand the problems. Those monthly income earners will never understand. Those who are financially secured will also will not understand.
