Businessperson Deepak Jaikishan is unperturbed by an application to strike out his lawsuit against former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak, his wife Rosmah Mansor and Baling MP Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim.
Deepak, his brother J Rajesh, and their company Carpet Raya Sdn Bhd, are seeking a declaration that the couple is responsible for paying RM6 million in tax arrears owed by them (Carpet Raya) to the Inland Revenue Board (IRB).
