Lower voter turnout from non malays, PH supporters holding back votes and protest votes caused this loss. Bossku is just a novelty. Time to step up but a good kick up PH backside.

It's a loud and clear message to Tun M and PH. You guys seemed to be another NATO (No Action & Talk Only) when comes to addressing two pressing issues of high cost of living and leadership integrity. Don't forget that these were the two main reasons why the rakyats put you in power in the first place. People are getting fed up and beginning to lose confidence with PH very slow action in addressing people's real economic sufferings and the urgency in putting all the BIG theives who have robbed the people's hard earned monies behind bars. Despite the severity of the integrity chargers, nobody is being send to jail yet. After more than eight months in office, we are seeing PH leaders to be putting a 'persona' and playing a 'sandiwara.' You are not serious in fulfilling your promises made to the rakyats! You're just acting like the previous BN government. I bet PH will face another defeat in the next by-election if you keep on giving lots of lame excuses in addressing the high cost of living problems and letting all the BIG and BLOODY theives roaming around the country freely and later playing a victim game. Time is of essence and PH need to wake up. You need to be seen as more aggressive and serious to address the two BIG problems raised.

The message is a new PM. The old policies, the recycling of old comrades, the over-emphasize of Malay agendas, lack of will/courage for real reform, and broken promises are Mahathir's failure. Harapan needs new PM and new direction. Time to promote young and talented Malays(perhaps below 45 year old) to lead all department in gomen institutions and GLCs. Time to recruit the Nons to lead some of those departments ,if Harapan is truly sincere in meaningful reform.Gone are the days of recycling the old comrades with the hidden agenda to ensure the continuation of racist policies. Malaysia needs young blood to revive our economy. If Harapan can ensure a good living standard for the Malays, racism will be soon forgotten,no matter how PAS-Umno try to instigate. I am sure the Malay does not mind the Chinese driving Mercedes,if they themselves drive BMW.Reform and change the country.

Don't read too much in by-elections. It generally do not favor the ruling side if was conducted in a fair manner. And apart from the constituency affected, the result does not really have a bearing on the government side especially if your majority is very comfortable. Not doubt it gives the opposition a big of bragging right. Political analysts should not get carried away and dissect it like this is a general election because it isn't.

The truth is that people do not care about corruption and values but keep harping on issues which is not the truth. They just want to divert the attention of the wrong doing and the wrong doers.Within Harapan there exist some people who do not want to see their own team members win. Anyway, this is common in many parties.

      1. PH did not stand in Camerons & Semenyih seat as 1 party, therefore it must start working together for real. To do that, they should put a stop to internal bickering & back-stabbing, ie AA have to stop his undermining AI & LGE, and TDM/Bersatu need to have some trust in its partner, & must stop taking in katak. Work with the team you have! You don't need enemies when you have them in your team! 2. Economy & local issues - needs to be addressed. All urban seats have same issues, un-coordinated overdevelopment & traffic congestion. Appoint real Town planners & overhaul the traffic issue. 3. Nail the kleptocrat & throw him in jail - he is a BIG NOISY MOSQUITO, unfortunately, a lot of stupid people is taken in by his narrative to support only malay & muslim candidate, nevermind the Prophet saying that STEALING IS HARAM in ISLAM! These people are NOT FOLLOWING ISLAM, they are following the cult propagated by Hadi & Al-Jibby. It is NOT ISLAMIC to LIE, CHEAT & STEAL. 4. Therefore PH needs to re-examine what MAIS, JAKIM & what have you institute, to give correct version of Islam to these people. STAELing is Haram, even stealing from non-Muslims. All thefts are the same, by hudud law, they will have their hands chopped off! Don't wait until election time to preach. 5. Lastly, the quality of the candidate is very important. Bersatu had a local, bright young chap with degree who fit the criteris, but it went back to its dumno formula - what to say, DUMB!

"We want the people to know that we are doing our best for them" sounds hollow coming from Harapan's president. Perhaps "trying your best" is not good enough when election promises are broken and Pakatan continues to play the race and religion cards instead of addressing our economic issues. The biggest challenge facing Pakatan today is a distinct lack of moral courage, leadership and political will to implement changes needed to take all Malaysians in a new direction.

It’s the economy, stupid. When economy is weak, tourism focus becomes very important because of the multiplier factor. But Tourism Minister seems to be non existent. Any new major incentives and policies from LGE to spur new investments? Elek. Any game changer road maps from Azmin under his Economic Affairs Ministry. Any real solution how to salvage Felda? Azmin keep talking “White Paper”. Also elek. I think his white paper means blank white paper. But strategies to jostle power and influence? This one terror. 365, 24/7.

It's clear, d goal of GE-14 was 2 get rid of Najis n stop 1MDB bleeding d nation 2 death. Now many Malays realised dat it was OVERDONE, until Umno/BN lost P'jaya n many states to PH. PH leaders were equally SHOCKED by d outcome of GE-14 n were NOT ready 2 occupy P'jaya. For d sake of pleasing Malays, Bersatu MPs n ADUNs, though least in numbers n NO proven track record in governance n experience (some even with FAKE academic records), were given d lion share of major positions. Now, many Malays want Umno back with PAS 2 regain KETUANAN MELAYU. They want ALL major positions 2 b held by Malays again, regardless of competency n honesty. They want 2 b GIVEN as much freebies n subsidies as possible at d expense of non-Malays n non-Muslims, regardless of d supreme Umno kleptocratic Malays robbing d nation n all agencies 2 self enrich themselves in d name of race n religion. Many Malay voters just DON'T care it is Umno Malay leaders who stole n robbed, n impoverished them. Many Malay voters just DON'T care PAS Malay leaders r incompetent, cheats, n liars. Die, die they must vote for Umno n PAS in d name of race n religion. D battle for GE15 has BEGUN!

May be the voter who voted BN felt he is the only still low in standard where other Malays in Selangor are above all other parts in the country, or maybe he wondowon how the universities in Singapore can produced top notch medical doctors like Tun and the wife whose health score are healthier than many younger one while local universities produced the class on their own, may they fear after the era of Tun the country will slip further or if anwar takes over the country will be on par with Taliban or may be why pH government not wirwork with China because the Chinese never colonised but Japanese invaded Malaysia before, or they felt why learn from Japanese value of surrendering when lose while Chinese never back off.....among others
