It’s impossible to get all Malay MPs in Parliament, for example, under one party. The Malay Gen Y will not support the idea of a Malay party.Non-Malays including Orang Asal will not support a Malay party. The only majority that matters in law is the majority in Parliament on the gov't side, not the majority in Parliament, in demography or in the streets. In a democracy, the majority -- numbers, not race -- have the right to rule. However, real democracy only begins when the minority gets a hearing.Who is the minority? The minority is the losing votes in a seat under the first past the post system. These losing votes don't have seats in the legislature. In some countries, they are given non-constituency seats if they get at least two per cent of the votes counted nationwide. So, in Malaysia, the losing votes/the minority have to take to the streets to be heard. Deja vu!Law must have source to have jurisdiction, authority and power. According to jurisprudence, God is not a source in law.The Supreme Court of India, for example, ruled that Syariah is not law but based on a person's willingness to accept it.Law exists, and has always existed, based on common sense, universal values and the principles of natural justice. Law is not confined to statute and case law but includes force of law (Constitution, Adat) and novel developments in law at the court. The rule of law is the basis of the Constitution. The Constitution is the ultimate political document, Adat is based on customary practices. Our courts must go into the merits in judicial reviews. It must consider whether gov't procedures are fair.Administrative law -- gov't policies in action --  is not law at all. It can be challenged by judicial review. Our courts don't go beyond gov't procedures in judicial review applications. They don't consider whether gov't procedures are fair but only whether they have been followed. That's how the Herald lost the Allah case. There are not many Acts which can be passed by Parliament.

The racist rascal has the  gumption to say DAP playing extremist politics.Pas is telling lies, falsehoods under broad daylight. Pas and umno are themselves the ugliest shameless unrepentant players of extremist politics for decades exploiting their ketuanan mentality, privileges and their profound advantage of being part and parcel of the majority community. How can DAP play extremist politics with a broad national base of members and leaders from all races and from all nooks and corners of the country? This Taliban and Najis  are skunks devoid of morality righteousness and pride for they can roam around with lies telling  and making baseless allegations and accusations. They are shameless and disgraceful. They can only survive in the rural heartland where toxic venom of race and religion can still work on the largely backward and less intelligent people.

The EC should be reprimanded for failing to punish umno and its accomplice Pas for using race and religion cards during the election campaign.EC chief must resign to be replaced by someone else who has the fortitude and power to tolerate no nonsense from umno and Pas regarding their repeated ,unforgivable  and unfair use of race and religion tactics especially when their political opponent is DAP. It is everyone 's knowledge that DAP though the best political party  in terms of policy, organization and its unique pool of  high calibre  of young dynamic multiracial members and leaders repeatedly becomes the bogeyman and punching bag by the racist scumno and Pus. The ketuanan mentality has emboldened their kurang ajar attitude towards the minority community for which they should be condemned and be severely dealt with.By right the affirmative policy based on race should be amended to one that is need based,it may then augur well for a progressive and prosperous new Malaysia instead of the current  one that is prolonging and strengthening the hegemonic and big bully mindset possessed by umno and Pas parasites.

Today is a Hadi's day as he made an irreversible mark on the selection of non-UMNO members as the candidates for future elections as UMNO nominees. In its long history of UMNO's history, UMNO doesn't permit anyone to determine its candidate even by BN component parties. Today UMNO become a party without any honour. It is so weak to put a non-UMNO member as a candidate its stronghold to win in CH. As Tun M correctly said  UMNO couldn't even put a full member as a candidate then how to save Malays. Hadi is achieved no one dreams to accomplish.  Hurray for such achievement.

Nothing to crow about, oh ustad. BN just retained its seat, which it held for umpteen years. DAP is no more extremist than your own part. In fact, your words and actions show that your party plays the racial and religious cards more than any other party, including the DAP, excluding UMNO.

Failed to understand this Hadi. What did DAP done to him that made him targeted his speech all the time to DAP even though the PRK is a fight between BN and PH. If PH put in another credible orang asli to compete against Ramli, for sure he will give the BN a good fight. And then the 2 stupid arrogant big mouth incidents. PH did not loose because of the coalition but because the candidate himself has to shoulder some resonsibility as well. he failed miserably to win the hearts of the voters.

The 12  thousands voters who voted for scumno and Pus in the CH by election fail to realize the gravity and the severity of the crimes committed by the previous corrupted government that has ruined and impoverished the people and the nation.PH government should expedite the process of putting to trial and ultimately jailing  the crooks  like Najis. Najis has been given excessive freedom to roam around and spew garbage especially in CH.Pakatan government must act fast  to deal with the daunting task of ridding off the never changing dirty race and religion tactics played by the two devils of scumno and Pus.

Like it or not, PAS has a magic control over its supporters n they FOLLOW its "wajib (obligatory) for Muslims to vote for BN".   GE15 will b interesting when Umno/PAS become 1 2 contest against PH.  MCA, MIC, Gelakan, etc may still tag along 4 d kill.
