Cops' conditions for Dec 8 – No provocations, seditious speeches or kids

Police have warned against provocations and seditious speeches during Saturday's gathering against the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (Icerd).

Kuala Lumpur police chief Mazlan Lazim said that stern action would be taken.
