Deepak wants Najib, Rosmah back in court

Carpet dealer Deepak Jaikishian informed the Kuala Lumpur High Court today that he intends file third-party claims for indemnity or contribution against former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak, wife Rosmah Mansor and six others.

This follows the Court of Appeal allowing Najib, Rosmah, lawyer Cecil Abraham and his son Sunil, lawyer M Arulampalam and commissioner of oaths Zainal Abidin Muhayat to strike out the suit filed by A Santamil Selvi and her three children...
