Najib: Gov't can cancel projects, but it makes no sense

Former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak says it is the government's prerogative to cancel projects, but that cancelling good ones such as the MRT circle line, or MRT3, made no sense.

"They should make it better, not cancel the project. It makes no sense...
