Kelantan-owned company sues Amanah's Husam

Air Kelantan Sdn Bhd (AKSB), a company under Perbadanan Menteri Besar Kelantan, has filed a lawsuit against Amanah vice-president Husam Musa.

Husam is being sued for claiming that AKSB had awarded the first package of the Merbau Condong water supply project Phase 11 to Cdah Construction Jangka Prestasi JV, on Jan 22, 2015, two months before the joint venture company was registered...
