As promised, Penang CM post to be limited to two terms

Penang will proceed with tabling an amendment to the State Constitution to impose a two-term limit for the chief minister's post, said new Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow.

This was one of Pakatan Harapan's 68 manifesto promises for the state...
